For today’s warm up you are going to want to try and find some space to do these exercises moving forward. If no space is available, you can do all of these movements in place.
-Scoops x 10 yds down and back
-Carioca x 10 yds down and back
-Lunge walks x 10 yds down and back
-Ankle hops x 10 yds down and back
The Focus of today’s workout is improving strength in our arms, legs and core making it easier to do one more rep.
-Push up hold (lockout) x10 sec/ push up hold (halfway) x 10 sec/ push up hold (bottom) x 10 sec
-Inchworm push up x 10
-Lateral lunge/lateral lunge/squat x 10
-RDL x 5
-RDL jump x 5
-Leg raises x 10
-Cross crunch x 10/side
-Reach thru crunch x 10
-Torso twist x 10/side
Give it your all in this workout today. Try and go through at least 2 rounds of the exercises. Good luck!
